As a global pharmaceutical development and manufacturing capability and technology platform, WuXi STA offers one-stop preparative chromatographic services for separation, purification and production of APIs and advanced intermediates under GMP. Our teams are experienced in handling preparative chromatographic method scale-up, method optimization, process validation, pilot and commercial manufacturing. Currently, our Shanghai Jinshan & Changzhou sites in China are equipped with prep-HPLC and SFC production systems that can support kilo scale and 100 kg scale production.

In 2023, we supported 180+ compounds’ separation or purification by prep-HPLC & SFC, delivered 3,200+ kg APIs and intermediates including high potency APIs and intermediates.
