Governing Law
The Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by the laws of People’s Republic of China. If an applicable law is in conflict with any part of the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will be deemed modified to conform to the law. The other provisions will not be affected by any such modification.
Arbitration
Before taking any legal action, the parties should endeavor to negotiate friendly to resolve the disputes. If the disputes cannot be resolved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
